By booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full. 1. Services Provided We offer residential and/or commercial cleaning services as described on our website or discussed during booking. Service details, scope, and frequency will be confirmed with the client prior to commencement. 2. Booking and Cancellations Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with insufficient notice may incur a fee of $75. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of service. 3. Access and Safety The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter the property, a lockout fee of $50 may apply. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our team. 4. Payment Terms Payment is due prior to the team arriving. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $50. 5. No Refund Policy Once a cleaning service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the missed areas free of charge. 6. Damage or Breakage Our cleaners take great care when working in your home or business. However, in the rare event of damage or breakage, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. Claims must be made within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, poor installation, or items improperly secured. *Please note that we do not assume liability for damage to individual items valued over $500 unless prior written notice and proof of value have been provided before the service. 7. Liability Clean Freak DFW is insured and takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety of your property and our staff. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of income, profit, or revenue. 8. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any part of your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost. 9. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe a client is acting in a threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate manner, or if property conditions present a health hazard to our staff. ​ 10.
