Nope! Many of our customers are out and about while we do our job. Just make sure you give us proper access instructions when booking your appointment to avoid wasting any of your cleaning time.

Is there a contract?
Nope! We don't use contracts because we know life happens. Feel free to start, stop or pause your cleanings at any time for any reason.
Do I need to tip the cleaners?
There is no pressure to tip your cleaners- we pay them a real living wage along with bonuses. However, if you feel your cleaner deserves a tip, they keep 100% of it!
What is your pet policy?
We love your family, fur babies too, which is why we ask that all pets be kept in a known location for the duration of the clean. This ensures no escape-artist make a run for it, possibly tipping over chemicals on their way out. Don't worry, we leave apology treats behind for Mom & Dad to give later!!
Why don't you charge by the hour?
Many times, companies that charge by the hour tend to spend more time than necessary in a home, often leaving homeowners stunned when they see the final price. At Clean Freak, we use a pricing matrix that goes off of square footage to ensure you ALWAYS know exactly what you're paying.
